This is a set of 2 hats and a pair of fingerless mittens I knitted for Katherine last year. She already had a scarf to match. She did have a hat but she machine washed and dried it so, since it is wool, it shrunk. After locating the right yarn I made her these. The variegated yarn is Manos del Uruguay Silk Blend. The bright pink is Cascade 100% Peruvian Highland wool. The 2 purple yarns are Australian Superfine Merino. The fingerless gloves are a pattern from Yarn aspirations. The first hat is the Slouched Tuva Hat (found on Revelry). The second hat is a basic hat with a ribbed brim tall enough to fold up.
